Week 1 - 29/03/2021
Mr. Safwan Anwar gave a brief introduction to the students about this subject and what we are going to do this semester. The student will have been tasked with a few exercises, project 1, project 2, and the final project. Mr. Safwan Anwar also reminded us to install MAYA or BLENDER for our tutorials and courses.
Week 2 - 05/04/2021
This week, Mr. Safwan Anwar lectured about the basic function of Maya. Students were requested to do a task about modelling exercise that given by Mr. Safwan Anwar. The references was provided on group.
Week 3 - 12/04/2021
This week, Mr. Safwan Anwar show student more shortcut key and how to blend shape in MAYA. Before the class end, Mr. Safwan Anwar also remind student to draw the sketch for project 1.
Week 4 - 19/04/2021
Mr. Safwan Anwar lectured about how to use curve line and also insert edge loop to make the shape more smooth. Then, Mr. Safwan Anwar also show student how to put color on shape in MAYA with assign new material. There is small exercise for student to practice.

This week, Mr. Safwan Anwar lectured about the basic function of Maya and Blender. He also ask student to make a simple task by arrange all the shape that provide in application. Mr. Safwan Anwar also taught on the spot to make a simple chair, and let the students try to make it. Below is my work:

After several days of processing, I successfully create a train in Maya. I use extrude the most, because it allows me to create the shape I want more conveniently and quickly. This week, I learned how to use insert edge loop and division to make the shape more smooth. The interest thing I know for today is about put color on shape in Maya. Different material can show the different color output and texture. Below is the exercise that given by Mr. Safwan Anwar:
