FINAL PROJECT
WEEK11 - 04/11/2021
Students will synthesize the knowledge gained in tasks 1, 2, and 3 for application in task 4. Students are to create a theme-based abstract motion graphic video that consists a good audiovisual say it in 3D/2D, mix media, or any experimental visual output that has a strong theme.
Unlike projects 2 and 3, this time I want to challenge different design styles. After some thinking, I decided to use the current epidemic as my concept to thank every warrior who fought on the front lines.
Below is my proposal:
I found that the elements/designs in the references are not flat, but texture. In order to make the visual richer, I look for various textures such as paper bags, old films, and paper textures.

Mr. Fauzi said that I chose a good reference, and let me refer to and learn the layout/composition/font in the video.
WEEK12 - 11/11/2021
I first design the photo in photoshop and then arrange the composition. Since I took the picture online, but I also made sure it was free, and I also made some color changes and added filters.

WEEK13 - 18/11/2021
I continue to do the next scenes and design the keyframe of their opacity or movement on AE. This is the non-completed first draft:

For these scenes, I spend time thinking about their transition, how these elements should appear in the video, and how they look neat and beautiful.
After several days of hard work, the results came out.

WEEK14 - 25/11/2021
I got the opinion of Mr. Fauzi, such as modifying the font design, and the photo should be modified to avoid using the network diagram directly. Therefore, based on Mr. Fauzi’s suggestion, I searched dafont for a design similar to the font of a certain newspaper in the picture, as the overall font style of the link. I quickly design a top-level filter for those

Reflection:
In conclusion, I like this work very much and I have received a lot of appreciation. After listening to Mr. Fauzi's feedback, I think I need to work harder on the font in composition design. I can say that I have no idea about font design, but in this project, I try to look for references and found a similar font design. I also get the idea about the composition from this project, so I can understand how the elements work in a video.
